This is a NON Smoking home. Hans's Basecamp WEST is in the heart of Yosemite National park - eight miles from the scenic Rostrum overlook and Badger Pass ski resort, eleven miles from the Wawona Tunnel overlook, thirteen miles to El Capitan Meadow, twenty two miles from the Mariposa Giant Sequoia Grove, 14 miles from the Wawona stables, restaurant, and golf course.
Hans's Basecamp is a three bedroom, two bathroom, one kitchen, living room, dining room, with decks and trees all around. Usually a two night minimum stay. Rates are higher April 15 to September 30th and Holidays.

Total bed space: 9.5 people. (cots, comfy floors, sleeping pads, and hammocks possible)
This is a NO Smoking home. NO pets. Did you know that it is very hard on pets and pet owners at Yosemite National Park? You can NOT take your pet on the trails, not even on a leash. Consider a pet sitter or share/leave your pet with a friend while you visit the park. Just advice: leave your pet at home. (I like pets, but my home and Yosemite Park is just not a great place for pets.

You can consider your reservation confirmed when we receive full payment. We accept credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. If you pay by check consider your reservation NOT completely confirmed until check is deposited and it clears. We charge your card the FULL AMOUNT or expect full payment for your total rental amount when we make the reservation. However a $100 deposit, will work for far in the future rentals dates, this is taken off your rental fee. One month before your arrival the balance would be due. You can give us your Credit Card information by: phone, email, fax, or enter it in a webpage. We offer 5% off your total stay amount if you pay 120 or more days in advance of your stay.
